2006 Internal works project with custom-made furnishings - 2007 Realization

The restyling project considers the living area as the glamorous heart of the apartment, located on two levels. To reduce the perspective bottleneck-effect of the long entrance corridor, we worked on the wall for short pieces; inserting boiserie paneling in lacquered wood with spotlights by Viabizzuno, lighting slots for wall-washer effects, niches and sliding aluminum frames with white lacquered glass by Rimadesio. For greater airiness even the kitchen-dining room connection is made through a double sliding door. The kitchen is furnished with a custom-made Modulnova model with top and island plan in “aesina” stone. Dining area with Tulip table by Knoll and Panton Chair chairs by Vitra. The main design element is the brickwork staircase open onto the living area, covered with white cementitious resin. It has on its side shaped lacquered wooden panels with a mocha stained oak niche and an hidden storage room. Floor in whiten oak planks by Margaritelli.
